Job summary
SEARHC is seeking Ambulatory Registered Nurses to provide patient-centered care in outpatient clinics in Sitka, Alaska. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while coordinating with providers to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
The roles require Alaska RN licensure, BLS, and strong clinical judgment. Compensation includes a pay range of $41.66–$58.69 per hour, plus a $25K sign-on and $10K relocation for qualified hires, with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Clinical competency within 3 months and then every 3 years.
- New nursing graduates must obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care.
- Administers medications and treatments safely and accurately per orders.
- Collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote patient outcomes and safety.
- Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record.
- Float to other departments as needed to meet patient care demands.
