SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver professional ambulatory clinic care across the lifespan in Sitka, Alaska. The RN performs the nursing process, administers medications, coordinates care, and ensures quality outcomes and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska.
• BLS certification required.
• Case Management certification preferred.
• Clinical competency required within 3 months and every 3 years.
• High Risk Competency required within 3 months and every year.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and monitor patient responses.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed.
• Provide patient and family education related to care, medications, and discharge needs.
• Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
