Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Case Management certification preferred.
• High Risk Competency required within 3 months and annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams; provide patient education and discharge planning.
