Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or financial analysis (or 10 years in lieu of education).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Senior SME in revenue integrity, leads complex revenue cycle initiatives and payer strategy escalations.
• Mentors junior analysts and partners with cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate billing and regulatory compliance.
• Develops advanced dashboards and predictive models to monitor denial trends and net revenue opportunities.
• Performs cost-benefit analyses to evaluate financial impact of revenue improvement proposals and policy changes.
• Leads systemwide governance, compliance, and corrective action initiatives.
