Job summary

Eisenhower Medical Center is seeking an experienced nursing leader to plan, organize and direct essential patient care functions for an assigned unit. You will implement performance improvement and ensure compliance with hospital policies, laws and Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN or MSN and California RN license with BLS; department-specific certifications may be required within specified timelines.
• Experience in acute care; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teaching and performance-improvement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and policies; resolves issues and reports violations.
• Selects, trains, orients, coaches, evaluates and counsels staff per HR practices.
