Responsibilities

• Leads performance improvement efforts and coaches others in quality improvement activities.
• Plans and leads moderately complex interdisciplinary projects with on-time delivery and resource coordination.
• Applies quality frameworks, evidence-based practice, and data analysis to improve outcomes.
• Uses statistical techniques to analyze clinical data and supports data-driven decisions.
• Leads department and performance improvement meetings, promotes cross-department communication, and tracks action plans.
• Develops educational materials and training programs for diverse audiences.
