Job summary

You will manage patient access, registration, and revenue cycle activities in alignment with the COO and clinic leadership to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service.

The role requires an Associate degree and 2+ years of progressive practice management experience with supervision, plus proficiency in EPIC EMR and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Health Administration or related field is required.
• 2 years of progressive administrative/medical practice management experience is required; supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations for 1–2 designated practices.
• Manages patient access, registration, and revenue cycle processes with COO alignment.
• Directs budgeting, staffing, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality initiatives across clinics.
• Leads training and development for clerical and clinical staff.
