Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience in ambulatory settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Current LPN licensure in MA and/or RI.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned primary care practice(s) in Wareham, MA.
• Provide direct supervision of personnel and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Lead improvement initiatives and monitor patient safety concerns.
• Onboard, educate, and assess competency of clinical staff.
