Qualifications

• Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience.
• Three years of medical office experience.
• Current RN licensure in MA and/or RI.

• Current BLS certification.
• Vaccination requirement or approved exemption per policy.
• Compensation: Pay rate determined by experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve the clinical practice and workflows within the service line or care center.
• Coordinate clinical operations and activities involving clinical support personnel (e.g., nurses, medical assistants).
• Provide guidance and support to clinical support personnel.
• Collaborate with Professional Development to onboard, educate, assess competency, and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure clinical operations promote safe and high‑quality patient care.
