Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years in a medical office practice required.
• 7+ years of supervisory/leadership in ambulatory setting required.
• Physician Practice Management certification preferred.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and deliver customer service with leadership.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and EHR experience required.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow and daily operations for ambulatory practices with 50+ FTE staff.
• Direct operations for designated locations, including strategy, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate staff, providers and support teams to ensure smooth service.
• Report to Director of Operations or designee and drive performance improvements.
