Job summary

Southcoast Health in Wareham, MA seeks a Clinical Practice Administrator II to oversee our busy Primary Care practice. You will lead operations, supervise staff, and ensure high quality patient care in a values-driven health system.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum of seven years nursing or clinical experience, preferably ambulatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field desirable.
• Must possess highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able to manage multiple priorities.
• Requires computer skills including Microsoft Office and EHR experience.
• Current RN licensure in MA and/or RI is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Ambulatory Nursing certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of assigned practice(s) under Care Center leadership.
• Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel and practice workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
• Implement and monitor workflows, lead performance improvement plans, and follow‑up on quality and patient safety concerns.
• Collaborate with Professional Development and training staff to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff.
• Ensure operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high‑quality patient care.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
• Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able manage multiple priorities.
• Requires computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
• Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and/or RI is required.
• Certification in Ambulatory Nursing desirable.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Pay Range

USD $121,742.40 - USD $225,576.00 /Yr.
