Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Senior Practice Manager to lead ambulatory care operations across multiple clinics and markets. You will guide hiring, performance reviews, budgeting, and staff coaching while ensuring patient safety, quality of care, and engagement in a matrixed organization.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with HR and IS, and willingness to travel as needed to oversee 3–7 clinics and 10–30 physicians/APPs.

Qualifications
