Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed coursework in Medical Terminology or working knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• California Pharmacy Technician License required upon hire.
• 2 years Pharmacy Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Review charts to extract essential information for reports and patient interactions.
• Coordinate patient care by phone and with new technologies.
• Document workflows for pharmacy care gaps and patient coordination.
• Assist with our pharmacy student program.
• Initiate and maintain operational and quality reports.
• Evaluate trends to report to supervisors.
• Assist with prior authorizations and support general pharmacy-related issue resolution under supervision.
