Qualifications

• Completed coursework in Medical Terminology.
• 2 years Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review charts to extract essential information for reports and for proper patient interactions.
• Coordinate patient care by phone and new technologies.
• Document workflows for pharmacy care gaps and patient coordination.
• Assist with our pharmacy student program.
• Initiate and maintain operational and quality reports.
• Evaluate trends to report out to supervisors.
• Assist with prior authorizations.
• Support general pharmacy-related issue resolution under the guidance of Pharmacists.
