IU Health in Bedford, IN is seeking a Pharmacist to provide comprehensive medication-related care and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize therapy outcomes.

The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, Indiana licensure, and completion of an ASHP-accredited residency may be required. Weekend rotations and travel may be required; BLS certification may be needed. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or B.S. in Pharmacy prior to 2006.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency may be required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Current Indiana Pharmacist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure.
• Board certification or other specialized training may be required.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) may be required.
• May require travel to IU Health facilities.
• May require weekend rotations.
