Job summary

Indiana University Health in Bedford, IN is seeking a pharmacist to join our team. This full-time position requires Indiana licensure or eligibility, and may require completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1/PGY2 residency. Weekend rotations and travel to IU Health facilities may be required.

You will provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care and collaborate with the care team to support safe, effective medication use in a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Pharmacist in Indiana or eligibility for licensure
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency may be required
• 0-3 years of relevant pharmacy experience
• Board certification or other specialized training may be required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required
• Travel to IU Health facilities may be required
• Weekend rotations may be required
