Responsibilities include scheduling, promoting employee engagement, overseeing purchasing and inventory, collaborating with physicians and nurses, and advancing quality initiatives and medication safety. A Pharm.D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Master's degree or Pharm.D. preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Pharmacy Department day-to-day operations.
• Schedule staff and promote employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with standards from medical staff and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee purchasing, control and security of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the medical community.
• Ensure regulatory inspections and plan actions for citations.
• Support system initiatives focused on quality and safety.
• Manage payroll within the Pharmacy Department and budgeting.
• Participate in policy development and implementation.
