Job summary

Regent Surgical Health is seeking an Ambulatory RN to support perioperative and intraoperative care in our ASC. Under Clinical Leadership, you will assess patients, prepare for surgery, monitor stability, and communicate with the surgical team to ensure safety and quality care.

The per diem position offers no calls, weekends or nights, with opportunities to contribute to patient-centered recovery and discharge planning while maintaining strict aseptic protocols and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in the appropriate state.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications as required by ASC policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative care in procedure rooms and ORs.
• Assess patients' health and prepare for surgery, including site and airway assessment.
• Explain procedures to patient and family and obtain consent.
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor vital signs post-anesthesia recovery.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and the surgical team.
