Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or a compact state.
• 2+ years pediatric nursing experience, ambulatory preferred; inpatient acceptable.
• Experience with medically complex or special-needs pediatric patients.
• Comfortable managing life-sustaining devices.

Responsibilities

• Telephone triage and care coordination for ambulatory pediatrics.
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community resources.
• Support clinic visits with patient/family education.
• Assist with medical devices care and specimen collection as needed.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams for complex patients.
• Document assessments and care plans in the medical record.
