Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join the General Pediatric team at 50 Wason Ave, Springfield, MA. This per diem role supports days and a 8a-5p schedule Monday-Friday, with roughly two days per week.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaborating with physicians and the care team, and maintaining up-to-date nursing practices within a family-centered pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and Massachusetts RN license.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients directly and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assumes responsibility for the patient’s plan of care across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Maintains and updates nursing knowledge and skills per regulatory standards.
• Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
