Job summary

Mass General Hospital in Boston is seeking a Staff Nurse for Pediatric Primary Care to support both the Charlestown Health Center and the 165 Cambridge Street location. The position offers 26 hours per week with two 8-hour shifts and a 10-hour shift, plus weekend/holiday rotation in Pediatric Urgent Care.

As an ambulatory nurse, you will provide compassionate pediatric nursing care, collaborate with the care team, and support families while rotating between sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, compassionate nursing care based on nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the care team and families.
• Administer medications and vaccines and monitor for reactions.
• Document patient information and outcomes; participate in quality improvement.
