Job summary

Nationwide Childrens Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory Patient Access Rep - Float at the Main Campus in Columbus, OH. This full-time role requires you to float to various primary care locations within Columbus and provide top-notch patient registration and scheduling support.

You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and assist with documentation and referrals. A High School Diploma is required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred, and CPR may be required depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients.
• Answers telephone calls, schedules appointments, and pulls and files medical charts when indicated.
