Job summary

MN Eye Consultants in Bloomington is hiring a Surgical Technologist for our Ambulatory Surgery Center. The role prepares supplies, maintains the sterile field, and assists the surgeon during procedures.

This is a full-time position (32–40 hours/week) with starting pay of $35.00–$38.00/hour and travel to other Minnesota Eye locations as needed.

Applicants must complete an accredited Surgical Technologist program and hold BCLS certification; Surgical Technologist certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current BCLS certification required or to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• Surgical Technologist certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers procedure-appropriate supplies and maintains sterile field.
• Assists surgeon and supports nursing staff during operations.
• Updates and manages equipment and instrument inventory.
