Job summary

NueHealth is seeking an Experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This full-time, on-site position involves conducting focused assessments, planning care, and delivering nursing care to achieve patient outcomes in a fast-paced OR setting.

The role requires 2 years of OR RN experience and active RN licensure. You will participate in team-based care, follow protocols for emergencies, and maintain documentation, CPR/ACLS/PALS as required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Operating Room RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license (RN).

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment/data collection focusing on physiologic, psychological and cognitive status.
• Formulates a goal directed plan of care based on nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes.
• Implements care to reach desired patient outcomes through nursing processes.
• Establishes priorities of patient care based on needs and resources.
• Responds to emergencies following established protocols and documents events.
• Maintains documentation on the floor and in the patient record with accuracy and timeliness.
• Works as part of a team delivering patient care.
• Maintains CPR/ACLS/PALS certification as required.
