Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. You will coordinate with the surgical team and other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires a nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN), an active RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, and at least six months of OR experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• Maintain current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum six months OR experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• May require unit-specific certifications as listed.

Responsibilities
