Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Manager of Ambulatory Services to oversee day-to-day operations across MUSC Health Ambulatory clinics, ensuring timely patient access and a high-quality care experience.

You will collaborate with ICCE department leaders, physicians, nurses and staff to optimize workflows, achieve fiscal accountability, drive process improvements and lead staff growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare work experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ambulatory clinic operations and ensure efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with ICCE leaders, physicians, nurses and staff to optimize patient access and care quality.
• Lead staff onboarding, training, and performance development; monitor compliance and quality metrics.
• Manage budgets and contribute to fiscal stewardship while implementing process improvements.
• Present reports at meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
