• Bachelors degree in a business, nursing, health care, or directly related field AND minimum five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR Minimum (8) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

• Create developmental opportunities; build cross-functional relationships and coach for performance improvement.
• Translate business plans into tactical actions; monitor progress and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee ambulatory operations, implement workflows, and manage payroll and budget aspects.
• Develop partnerships with physicians and service area leaders to standardize care delivery.
