Qualifications

• Five (5) years of hospital operations experience in healthcare leadership.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and administer hospital administration in absence of SVP Area Manager.
• Lead a high-performing team to meet mission and financial/operational objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership and foster collaboration among stakeholders across the medical center and service area.
• Develop and execute strategies differentiating KP in service and clinical excellence.
• Promote open communication and information sharing among KP employees, physician leadership and medical staff.
• Ensure integration of quality, service and efficiency improvements into day-to-day operations.
