Job summary

Cooper University Health Care seeks an experienced leader to manage clinical and business operations across assigned ambulatory sites. You will enhance patient experience, oversee materials and software implementations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the environment of care and facility operations.

You will lead a team, collaborate with physicians and administrative leadership, and drive efficiency and patient-focused outcomes while supporting growth initiatives across Ambulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare leadership or management roles.
• Ability to lead across multiple sites and improve clinical/business operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with electronic health records and monitoring operational metrics.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, scheduling and billing regulations in ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and business operations of assigned sites to deliver quality clinical services.
• Improve patient experience and environment of care.
• Manage materials, software implementations, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate travel between offices and after-hours issue resolution.
• Partner with physicians, clinical staff, and admin leadership to remove barriers to success.
