Qualifications

• Education to obtain a valid California RN license; Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred with perioperative focus.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical specialty with supervisory experience.
• California RN license required at hire; IAMTAC within 30 days; CNOR preferred at hire.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse staff and communicate with all levels; prioritize and coordinate.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to assigned group within established objectives and policies.
• Promotes Service Excellence to improve patient care and customer service.
• Recruits and develops staff to serve our patients/customers.
• Ensures nursing standards and Joint Commission compliance.
