Atlantic Health seeks a Registered Nurse for per diem day shifts in the AMG Hematology/Oncology clinic in Morristown, NJ. The RN will provide ambulatory care within a multidisciplinary team, assess patient health data, and implement the care plan following the NJ Nurse Practice Act. Training includes EMR access and AMG clinical competencies.

The role requires RN licensure in NJ and a nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred, with experience in outpatient or acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Valid NJ RN License required.

Responsabilités

• Assist management with maintaining par inventory levels.
• Take appropriate clinical actions to achieve positive patient outcomes and prioritize tasks.
• Make decisions to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Utilize computer systems as required (EMR).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team in ambulatory settings to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Apply nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
