Job summary
Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Ambulatory Oncology to provide advanced pharmaceutical care and comprehensive medication management. Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with B.S. or Pharm.D.
- Completion of ASHP PGY1 residency (3 years' practice) required
- Completion of ASHP PGY2 residency (3 more years) required
- 5+ years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
- Pharmacist licensure in the applicable state
- Board Certification within 2 years of employment
- BLS/ACLS/PALS may be required depending on practice setting

- Provides advanced pharmaceutical care and comprehensive medication management
- Leads complex patient care activities and supports guidelines
- Contributes to policy development and quality-improvement initiatives
