Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking an Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to elevate patient care at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, WA. You will work on-site in clinic, collaborating with care teams under a CPA to manage medications and optimize therapy.

The role requires a PharmD and WA licensure, with PGY2 Oncology or PGY1 Ambulatory Care plus 3+ years in oncology. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and WA pharmacist license.
• PGY2 Oncology Residency or PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency with 3+ years of oncology pharmacist experience.
• At least 3 years in oncology, including 1 year under a CPA.
• Strong communication, organization and tech skills; team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medication management and in-person/virtual assessments under CPA.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety; optimize treatment.
• Support quality-improvement, REMS initiatives and workflow improvements.
• Assist with complex prior authorizations and patient education.
