Shields Health Solutions in Orange, CA is seeking an Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team. Working onsite in clinic, you will conduct in-person and virtual patient assessments under a Collaborative Practice Agreement, optimize therapy, and resolve medication-related problems while partnering with physicians and care teams.

You must hold a PharmD, be licensed in California, and meet residency requirements (PGY2 Oncology or PGY1 Ambulatory Care with 3+ years oncology

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a PharmD degree.
• California pharmacist license is required.
• Residency in Oncology or ambulatory care with relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medication management in oncology.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams under a CPA.
• Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety; optimize regimens.
• Assist with quality-improvement and REMS initiatives.
• Support operations with complex prior authorizations and education.
