Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Ambulatory OB/GYN department. The RN will perform assessments, care planning, and interventions across the patient care continuum, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and Fetal Monitoring certification, with experience in outpatient OB/GYN and Epic documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in MA in good standing by start date.
• BLS certification required by start date.
• ACLS required prior to start date.
• Fetal Monitoring certification required by start date.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process across assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Coordinate care for patients and families in ambulatory OB/GYN.
• Educate patients and families about illness, procedures and plan of care.
• Document interventions according to policy.
• Ensure safe, clean clinical environment and appropriate delegation of tasks.
• Identify emergency situations and respond promptly.
