Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in the Ambulatory OB/GYN department. Responsibilities include nursing assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and families across the health care continuum.

The role requires MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, fetal monitoring certs, and obstetric experience. Work schedule is 36 hours weekly across days/evenings/nights in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications required for RN practice.
• BSN preferred; non‑BSN candidates must enroll in BSN within one year and complete by end of the semester of four‑year anniversary.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation and care coordination for patients and families.
• Deliver direct patient care in the Ambulatory OB/GYN department.
• Coordinate care across the health care continuum and communicate with the care team.

Education

Associate’s degree or Baccalaureate degree in nursing

BSN preferred; non‑BSN candidates must enroll in a BSN program within one year
