Job summary

• Epic documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care for patients and families across the ambulatory OB/GYN continuum.
• Educate patients and families about illness, procedures, and care plans.
• Document interventions accurately per policy.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and collaborate with the health care team.
