Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred within the last 10 years.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS/PEARS may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care respects patient rights; promote patient-centered care and privacy.
• Advocate for staff and patients to align care with expectations.
• Support quality improvement and policy development to improve care and efficiency.
• Promote safety and infection control; coordinate QC/PI activities with staff.
• Audit and maintain clinic metrics aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager on hiring, performance management, and planning.
• Plan and organize work distribution; monitor staffing and credentialing.
• Maintain unit inventory and supplies; assist with budgetary recommendations.
• Maintain competency for point-of-care testing per policies and regulations.
