ChristianaCare's Medical Group seeks a Manager of Nursing Services to lead nursing practice across Primary Care locations in Region Three. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, policy development, and staff onboarding in a multi-location ambulatory setting.

You will oversee RN, LPN, and Medical Assistant practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement with clinical and operational teams. Strong leadership and education experience required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Delaware or eligibility via NLC.

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing practice across Primary Care practices.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and staff development.
• Develop and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance and safe care.
• Lead risk management, infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and interdisciplinary teams to support communication and teamwork.
