Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Manager of Nursing Services for Primary Care Region Three. You will lead nursing practice and clinical staff across eight Primary Care locations, ensuring standardized care, education, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires travel and strong collaboration with clinical directors. Qualified candidates will have a BSN, RN licensure in Delaware or eligibility via NLC, and proven leadership in ambulatory care.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN if applicable or allowed alternative Bachelor's with MSN
• Current RN licensure in Delaware or eligibility via NLC
• BLS required; three to five years in ambulatory/acute settings; leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing practice across Primary Care locations
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure quality and safety
• Oversee education, onboarding, recruitment, and staff development
• Coordinate with Clinical Directors and interdisciplinary teams to promote teamwork and accountability
