Job summary

Logan Health is seeking an experienced RN to join its ambulatory clinical education team. This educator will partner with clinic leaders to strengthen onboarding, build competency, and promote evidence-based practice across our ambulatory network.

Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, developing engaging training, evaluating outcomes, and serving as a trusted resource for teams across the Flathead Valley. Travel to clinics is required.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or multistate license to practice in Montana.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with an interdisciplinary team.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive change.
• RQI (BLS) certification within 7 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support consistent onboarding and orientation across ambulatory clinics.
• Assess learning needs and develop engaging education and training.
• Support staff in building skills and maintaining competency.
• Partner with clinic leaders to promote evidence-based practice.
• Support quality, safety, and organizational initiatives.
• Strengthen preceptor and competency programs.
• Evaluate education outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a clinical resource and catalyst for change across ambulatory settings.
