The Roseburg VA Health Care System seeks a Registered Nurse Manager (Primary Care) for the North Bend, Oregon clinic. The Nurse Manager (NM) acts as the clinical expert, accountable for all nursing processes in direct patient care, and serves as the first-line supervisory authority for the assigned units.

The NM role includes leading operations, coordinating coverage for other NMs, and ensuring delivery of high‑quality, patient-centered care within a outpatient setting.

Formación

• English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Current, full, active, unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program meeting VA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide or supervise direct patient care as the clinical expert for the unit.
• Serve as first-line supervisory authority for assigned nursing units.

Educación

BSN + 2 years nursing experience

MSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience

MS in related field with BSN + 2 years

Doctoral degree in Nursing with no experience
