The Roseburg VA Health Care System is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager (Primary Care) for the North Bend, Oregon clinic. The NM leads nursing practice, oversees staff, and ensures quality patient care in the ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities include supervision, staff development, adherence to standards, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. VA offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package; regular schedule 7:30am–4:00pm (PST) with Ad Hoc telework approval.

Qualifications

• Basic nursing degree and licensure as RN.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and manage clinical operations.
• Experience in ambulatory/primary care settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise nursing staff in the North Bend clinic.
• Ensure adherence to nursing process, standards, and regulations.
• Provide staff development, performance evaluations, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient care outcomes.
