Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN within 3 years of hire.
• 3+ years nursing experience (RN and/or LPN).
• Master's in Nursing preferred for leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards of care.
• Assists with staffing, scheduling and resource management to meet KPIs and budget.
• Collaborates with clinic leadership to set patient care standards and mentor staff.
• Reviews and revises clinical policies and procedures.
• Maintains a safe, respectful environment and supports quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversees hiring, education and performance evaluations; coordinates staff development.
