Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse currently licensed in Oklahoma
• Experience in ambulatory care settings preferred
• Strong clinical and teaching skills with leadership ability
• Comfortable working in an interdisciplinary health team
• Proficient in patient education and care planning

Responsibilities

• Follows protocols and performs accurate patient check-ins and workups
• Assess current and preventive patient health status and communicate needs to provider
• Provide patient education based on assessment and standards of care
• Administer medications, vaccines, and routine procedures safely
• Triage patients on-site and by phone per protocols and standing orders
• Maintain infection control guidelines and OSHA standards
• Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and customer service in the health center
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment and manage patient flow efficiently
