Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care in Satellite Clinic setting under supervision of a Provider and Clinic LPN Supervisor.
• Communicates with providers about changes in patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or response to treatment.
• Demonstrates competency in medication administration based on age and clinical condition.
• Maintains EMR documentation and adheres to charting standards.
• Assists providers with procedures and performs skills under provider direction.
• Maintains referral system to meet requirements.
• Complies with policies, safety, infection prevention, and inventory rules.
