Job summary

MaineHealth's Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory Care/Primary Care team. You will perform patient assessments, triage, administer medications and immunizations, assist with procedures, and coordinate care in an outpatient setting.

New grads are welcome. The role offers a supportive team, professional development opportunities, and a competitive pay range with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for 0–2 years and $20,000 for more experienced

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: New Grad or RN with less than 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide care in ambulatory setting.
• Provide telephone triage, administer medications and immunizations.
• Assist with procedures and coordinate care.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Support physicians and care team in delivering care.
