Job summary

Memorial Hospital, part of MaineHealth, in North Conway, NH, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for ambulatory care. You will work with physicians, APPs, and the care team to support patients across life stages, performing assessments, triage, immunizations, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; RN license in applicable state.
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• New Grad or RN with less than 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care with physicians and APPs.
• Provide telephone triage, administer medications and immunizations, assist with procedures.
• Deliver patient and family education and support chronic disease management.
