Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Less than 1 year of ambulatory care experience required; externship preferred.
• CMA or RMA certification within 1 year required or equivalent.
• CPR certification for healthcare providers within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient preparation and examinations; support patient flow and clinic operations.
• Perform clinical tasks such as venipuncture, injections, and basic tests as directed.
• Document in EMR and maintain accurate records; provide clerical support as needed.
• Floats to multiple sites and participates in team huddles and safety programs.
