Duties include venipuncture, vaccine administration, measurement of vital signs, assisting with exams, and EMR documentation; patient education and telephone screening are also required.

The ideal candidate is an active Certified Medical Assistant with excellent customer service and patient

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and patient interaction skills.
• Clinical competency verified during orientation and annually.
• Basic computer skills and EMR familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Supports clinical team with patient preparation and exams.
• Performs venipuncture, minor procedures, vital signs, and specimen handling.
• Documents activities in EMR and coordinates referrals.
• Provides telephone screening and patient education.
• Floats to multiple sites within the system as needed.
